i've seen a couple all motor b16 si's that run low mid-low 14's they have i/h/e stage 1 cam's(toda a, skunk1, with the valvesprings, etc) and both went obd-1. they run good but one now has a b20 bottom, and the other nos so if you want to go fast n/a all you need is a new bottom end.


back to your question i'd do the header first(itr4-1, jdm 4-1) cause if you do cam's you will need to do the valvetrain to and that means taking you head off so get a jdm header for around 300 or spend a grand on the head i will tell you if you can afford the cam's, valvetai do that first then get a header.
