Keep your slow ass outta the fast lane (that is the left lane for those who don't know) and you most likely will not have anyone riding your bumper, at least not for long, and therefore not need to brake check.

I dont' care if you're doing 90 in the fast lane, if somebody is on your tail move the fuck over.
