I usualy just push the clutch in and drop it down a gear or 2, then once im going slow enought that the person behind me gets tired of and *tries* to pass me, I dump the clutch and floor it. Rinse and repeat as nesesary, they usualy get the point after the first round, but there are your slow types that go back to riding your bumper like the never learned anything.
