alright, thanks a ton for the response, now i think i'll just go out there and wire it up and pray for the best, if not i can always remove the daisy chain and wrap up the exposed wire with electrical tape... which is what i do to everything else anyways heh.

now to see whether i want to just install a spade terminal crimp to the end of the 2gauge or try my darndest to install the new battery terminal to the post.... =X
