Like someone said, the main difference is the turbo and the boost. The K03s is a peice of shit too, so its really not that big of a deal. The early ones also dont have VVT(variable valve timing) but thats not that big a deal either, as its not a hp thing, its an emissions thing.

A chip upgrade is a must, and thats another thing that is better about the AWP. They already have larger injectors, and the ECU is flashable. That means you can download the program to the ECU instead of removing the ECU and having a new chip soldered in or the board socketed.

A VR being all that over a 1.8T? tee hee.....
