I have no problem with the braking before the turn around. The problem with some of the other courses, such as the March course, is on the way back. I redlined 3rd (65 mph) and braked hard, three times. Then I redline 4th (80 mph), braked hard, and downshift to 2nd. One or two hard braking zones are okay, IMO, but I had to brake hard 4 times on the way back. At that event, Bob (silver miata on hoosiers) didn't even take his last run because his brakes were overheating. I took my 5th run and overheated my brakes.

I'm not complaining, though!
