the car looks pretty striaght it could be one of those flood cars that are all popping up at the auctions ive seen alot of them there or some numb nutts fixed the collision damage thinking they could rebuild the cd title..but usually before you buy them at the auction they tell you what kind of title it has while your bidding so if you bought it and they didnt tell you if it was a rebuildable title or cd i think you can do something about it legally, unless you bought it not knowing what a CD was and they did tell you. g/l with the sale its sad to see that nice car with bad papers the onyl thing you really can do it part it out....at least themotor swap is worth cheese$$$$$$$
