OK...Here's what I'd do...

Wire them in series. Your going to go Right positive out of amp to + of right front speaker. From negative of that speaker, you're going to go the the positive of the right rear speaker. From the negative of the right rear speaker, you're going to go the the Right - on the amp. Do the same for the other side. This will give you 6 ohms. Not ideal, but mids and highs don't need much power. Set the amp crossover at about 80-100 hz, and turn the gain down to about 1/4 (yep, 1/4...almost all the way down.) Just having a real amp instead of radio power will clean them up immensely, and the crossover will clean it further. Give it a listen, and see how well they match up with the bass level. Kick the gain up a little, if necessary.

Another option would be to just amp the fronts, and leave the rears on the deck (or take them out all together). Not much to gain here.

If you still, for some reason, want to take more bass out of the back speakers, you can add a couple caps, but I don't think you'll need to.
