thats great that its legal in one state or another, its not here and we live here reguardless. And im not stuck in the back , i can drive on the wrong side of the road/sidewalk/median to get ahead. i just choose to obey the law when it comes to stuff like this. If theres no traffic comming in the onecomming lane is it ok for me to drive into the on comming traffic lane even if no cars are comming to get infront of the cars at the redlight.
