Tell you what if I'm in my car and you cut me off first and I then cut you off out of anger and defense and you spray that in my A/C vent. I'll be sure to get your tag before anything effects me and I'll be looking for you if the LEO decide they can't do nothing.
This point of yours is not self defense, its more like road rage. I would understand if the person is trying to steal your helmet or jack you. If people in cars start getting sprayed by mase from motorcyclist it won't teach them a lesson... you'll have a more increase of getting hit by a passenger car and their excuse would be self defense.
