Thats the problem, its not enforced. Plus, most run from the cops since they know their bike is a lot faster then a patrols car. If they do catch the few and impound their bike, they'll do it again. Sport bike's are a more adrenaline rush then a car. Those who street race and get caught, 99% of them continue doing the same old thing and street race some more.
