That is because non-steady state dyno's really are only useful for track conditions. Full throttle.....stop. The end. No idling at a red light for 10 mins, no cruise on the highway for 30 mins, no low load-high rpm, no high load-low rpm, no 30+ mpg, etc. Not saying he can not do it, but saying that your statment really doesn't apply to street cars.
If Brad wants to make some dough and tune a bunch of cars, I would suggest giving more notice. 4-5 days is really not enough to get a gang of cars lined up in time.
