If you want the best HID setup for the cheapest, I'd go with an OEM Bulb & ballast/ignitor from a Lexus,Nissan,Mazda,Etc.(4300K color *white with a very light shade of blue).

They are pretty easy to install and splice right into your factory wiring, So there's no need to run all of those new wires that most aftermarket kits come with.

The only problem with the oem setups you'll come in contact with is a HighBeam option, But if your running any type of 55watt or larger foglight kit OE or Aftermarket, They will feed you more then enough light down a dark road....Plus HIDs shine more light in those spaces regular halagen bulbs don't... So High Beams aren't really needed.

For your H4 application, Here's a quick list of parts you'll need to make a perfect setup using OE HIDs.

2 20amp fuses (to replace your stock 10amp fuses)
2 CasperShields ($25 each, adapt D2S & D2R HID bulbs to your housing)https://www.casperselectronics.com/M...&Category_Code
2 OEM Bulb & ballast/ignitor from a Lexus,Nissan,Mazda,Etc. (can be found on Ebay, or contact me and I can get you a set from various sites)
1 can of Krylon Black or Gunmetal automotive paint (to spary the outer parts of the Chrome headlight housings...to keep Glare down to a minimum for oncomming drivers)
