You either need to get an impact wrench that can more than handle it and more psi to do so or spray that crank pulley bolt with some oil penetrant let it sit for like a minute than go at it with the impact wrench and good impact sockets and it will budge and make sure you have a craftman set of flatblack impact sockets so if some actually give then you'd be able to get yourself another one. The crank pulley bolt gives the most difficult problems dealing with strength of human strength which are exceeded with power tools.
