1) It's there job. You think a good cop would run away screaming each time a bad guy threatened them?
2) They are supposed to chase him, its their job.

You never know, the kid prolly hesitated. It looked like he was about to shoot, when the other cop came up behind him. He prolly figured if he shot the coi then, his own head would be blown off. So he started to walk off, then turned around and made another gesture towards the cops so they shot him.
they murdered him...there is no doubt that they could have taken him down without shooting him in the fucking back....they were close enough!, and there were 2 of them....
And he had what looked to be a gun.. You actually think its smart to wrestle someone with a gun?
He murdered HIMSELF for resisting arrest. One less thug idiot on the streets.
