Well I didnt mean for this to turn into a debate or anything, I understand that if you take a 10-15 year old, you will have some problems but I have had pretty old cars that havent caused major problems, just little things here and there which isnt a big deal to me but I have just heard from a couple of people that have had experience with the eclipse that there are a lot of problems. They didnt really state which problems they have except for them leaking oil. I have always wanted an eclipse but after hearing a bunch of people say that they break down alot, it kinda of discouraged me. The main reason why I dont want a turbo is because it is out of my price range. I want a good eclipse for about $5,000 with a decent low milage and all of the turbos I have seen have been more than that so thats why I want to buy a non turbo eclipse and then put more stuff onto it later on down the road once I get more money for it. I am sure that I could find a turbo eclipse for around 5,000 but chances are they arent in that great of a condition.
