thanks for the input fellas. Looks like Honda stopped producing the Repsol in '05 which sort of sucks although I should be able to get a good deal since they are no longer "new". I still have yet to locate a comparison article between the 05-06 but then again I havn't searched much either

i know the way you ride and i honestly think you will have more fun on a 6hundo.... But a 1k sure is fun on the interstate, and you do alot of that.
Either way, you ride well so you wont have a problem on a liter.
dude, if your serious and thinking of buying new maybe we could go down to a bike shop together and see how much we can wheel and deal with them if we tell them we will walk out of their with TWO bikes that day.
