this is simple..........its when a person drives a car (fast or slow car)show boating in parking lots,meets(qsl)and just driving in traffic like a f&f ass wipe!.......it just so happens to be imports most of the time cuz thats what the younger crowd likes and they are jackasses.BUT since QSL has bought this classic car show out ive seen way more burn outs and it IS NOT the tr group most of the time.....
