You my good sir are wrong, 1988-1991 CRX Si's came with a 1.6 liter SOHC, D16A6, these blocks are the strongest D-series block built(stock form). But my good sir you are right about the boost level wanting to run 10 PSI. If the motor doesnt have high miles and doesnt smoke, runs right, etc... then 10 psi would be good as long as you have a good intercooler to keep temperatures down and a good tuner. Safe up enough money for him to Dyno tune it for maximum security. Also, a rebuild consisting of Piston rings, rob bearings, and main bearings wouldn't hurt either.
