People see what they want to see. Evidence that the "soccer moms" and haters can convict someone for just about any reason they want regardless of whether there was any participation.
Note: please keep this thread on topic. Topic being - unjust accusations by witnesses and the weight they carry by the law.

Like you said people see what they want too see. Most people hear something and wont take time to think if it really happened or not.
I think all too often we just accept someones word because people want to believe them.
