jon is right you can launch the car the is aparent in your 60' time. what you need to do is get some light 17" wheels for the track and you will see 13.7 - 13.5's. my roomate had a '04 STi and on it 4th pass he ran a 13.4, with only an exhaust. and if it dies at 60 it is definitely the 19's.
i would say these would be a good for track use only on your STi, IMO....
