Its hard to tell in the original pic up top, but it appears what you may think is tail light glare may be a glare off of the trunk. You can definitely see the spear running from the tail light towards the front of the car (which is chrome) isn't on the car in the top pic, which makes me think its a 60.

And it also looks like the round openings on the rear bumper are the oblong style of a 60 rather than the 59's round units, but again, crappy pic prevents knowing for sure.
