It ain't his Dads fault. The only thing the Dad did wrong was obiously not beat (as in punish) his child a little bit to put some fear in his father figure when he was a kid. I know I wasn't abused as a child and wouldn't EVER think about showing off in my dad's car for fear of something like that happening...
Hell, I get nervous driving my parents conversion van, let alone a c6 z06... hah
Kid deserves all the blame, the father shouldn't have to be worried about his kid stealing his car.
