i am going to go ahead and say turbo.
there is a reason all the rallycars run turbos on al their tight turns etc etc etc.
if i threw a bang-bang system on my vg30 in the s13 trust me the turbo would stay spooled everywhere and it would always have the killer throttle response and torque of the 420+lb ft of torque i make @ 3300 rpm.
it all truly depends on the setup. every one can be made lethal .
with the n/a you are going to deal with high compression and insanely high rpms, a much much hjigher rpm useable powerband unless you have vtec or what not.
supercharged will be great, but you will deal with non intercooled setups for the best throttle response and it will end up making you slower at the end of a run than the beginning , as well as detonation any time youre heavily racing it for extended periods of time unless it starts pulling lots of timing.. i really dont like superchargers much at all.
