I don't know what went on here but here are some observations:

Scott is in New York right now and probably has better things to do.

I can see users information (except password) but can't change it so I couldn't have logged in as him.

Nobody that has the power to log in as him could be bothered enough to do that.

Either way, hopefully everything is smoothed over so I'm going to close this thread.
