nah..it will be ok...BTW i put in the dimensions of the pistons as stated above and it comes out to 12-1 compression...according to the Zeal calculator...BUT being that it is a endyne piston they are correct. ALso the Piston-to-Deck Height is .020 witch is good, as the piston is still in the hole.
As long as the rods you are using are like OE and not longer i think it will be good to go. BUT im half asleep so, i could be wrong...lets see what other people say.
btw i hope you are doing more then that to be a "dohc killer"
