Dont these small engines need some kind of back pressure? Please help me out my friends tercel from what he says is bogging down whenever he gets on the accelerator, and hes replaced the plugs the wires the dizzy the rotor and a bunch of other stuff, anyways the main thing i want him to see is his car needs a muffler or something...
