Garrett T28 water-cooled turbo
0.60 A/R compressor, 0.64 A/R turbine
10" x 8" x 2.5" intercooler
cast iron manifold
2.5" downpipe
all pipes powdercoated black
colormatched silicone hose connectors
Westberg boost gauge with white or black FM face and pillar mount
Cold air intake setup
Pierburg auxiliary external fuel pump
MSD ignition retard
BEGI rising rate fuel pressure regulator
Mitsubishi blowoff valve

Heres the dyno sheet

Blue line is the 2.0 MP3 engine with the above turbo setup.
Red line is the 1.8 engine, same setup as above.
That info is incorrect sir, that dyno sheet is for 15psi, not 8psi. I think you have mistaken it for this

http://www.flyinmiata.com/store/prodinfo.asp?number=01-83300&variation=&aitem=2&mitem=3

the specifications for this kit match exactly what you typed. It also clearly says on this page that setup will produce 175-185 whp on a miata 1.8, no doubt 8psi will not make a MP3 motor go to 300+ hp.
