Yep, that's pretty much it. Seet time with an instructor and being shown the basics. I'd be crazy to not take this opportunity. I promised myself last year that I'd attend an evolution this year.
I'd love to come back from this after being shown how to be 1.5 seconds faster on a technical 50 second course.
