Anyone know what they are doing when it comes to swapping a 2.5 shortblock into a wrx with the WRX 2.0 heads? I am looking into the swap but the price Mastro wants to do the swap is more than the damn shortblock. I am now thinking of doing the swap myself but I am scared shitless sice I have never pulled a WRX motor or swapped shortblocks period.
sounds like a fun project. i dont know of any people that have done the swap on their own. most have paid shops to do it
