Blasting the guy at the light with your train horn doesn't make
someone move, it makes him shut off his engine.
It makes some people kill you.
The cops didn't ticket you for a loud horn, they ticketed you for sound system too loud, forcing you to 1.prove your sound system isn't too loud and 2.prove it wasn't your sound system,.........essentially testifying against yourself.
