Sounds like mainshaft bearing. Although from what I recall, mine did it while sitting still, and clutch out. So your's might not be the same. Change the TO bearing and see if it still does it. If it does, then look into getting the tranny rebuilt. They will destroy your transmission if left untouched. I've done it.
