+++1 worked on my dads garage floor. We sprayed and old ford truck motor with penetrating lube and let it sit overnight to take it apart. The next day we go into the garage and all the rust and oil (that was broke up) dripped out and soaked into the concrete.
got it all out like 4 months later with muratic and like luvs said dont get it on your skin even if it is diluted! good luck
