Why except for the driver? They were dumbasses if going that fast in a quiet street in a RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBORHOOD. What if the friends were egging him on? They're all equily guilty, I'm sure if one of them objected to the reckless driving, it wouldn't have happened. Sucks that a kid died, but that's what happens. That's the way I see it.
