d15b8/y8 mini me, everything stock, manual p28 everything wired by Neal S. (so i know thats not the prob ) , rev limiter comes in at around 6,500 rpm. Cant figure this one out for the life of me.

I thought it would be cause of the cx injectors, but i switched to b16s and it still does it, its a y8 fuel rail, but it may be a stock cx fpr, also could it be a bad distributer? vtec engages fine all the time ...
