Also something to look for.........Every shock has a washer that sits halfway down the shaft, This is so the dust cover doesn't compress all the way down.
Most people that install coilovers on their car simply forget to remove that washer.
This washer will bind up the Coilover top hat and keep the car from lowering all the way down....I've seen it a hundred times

Just Something else to look for.................
