did you try to sand it out with fine grid sand paper, i have found that it also works, if you want to go bigger like 70mm like my tb, all you have to do is machine the opening of the intake manifold to match by lining up the 70mm gasket to the mani and outlining it. this is what i have done with my skunk2 tb and skunk2 mani.
