I called one once (mall parking lot) and they only where asking for 2000 for 2 acres of parking lot (3200 with insurance included) . Sadly that mall was bought off by a developer and it was torn down. But there is deals like those out there. We just have to look harder. If one you see a place that you think is worth it, let Rob, Mike (ranlet), or Harri (tertech) know about it they might be able to get something going.
