any cop can pull you over for a "reason" prob wont get a ticket unless he has radar/laser

the nasty one is the plain clothes cop on the top of the overpass near fowler/275, running laser over the roof of an unmarked car and having several bikes and traffic units hidden on the on ramp to pull over the speeders. seen this 4 times this year already
