best bet would be to find someone parting out a wrecked prelude, too new to find one in a junk yard..
The total cost will depend on what kind of deals you find, if you purchase new/used and if you go oem or aftermarket.
You'll need:
Transmission ($300-$1500)
Master/Slave Cylinder/Line
Clutch Pedal
Shifter/Box/Cables
Transmission Mounts MAY be different (I would guess so)
Clutch/PressurePlate/Flywheel
You could do the swap yourself in a weekend, just get a friend to help you as it's a bitch pulling a tranny by yourself without a lift/hoist.
