DRAGVA.COM is now the property of the United States Government.
The domain and web site were surrendered to U.S. law enforcement pursuant to a federal prosecution and felony plea agreement for conspiracy to violate criminal enterprise laws.

The owner of DRAGVA.COM pled guilty in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia on March 23, 2006, to conspiring with others to violate federal criminal enterprise laws. As a result, the DRAGVA.COM website is now the property of the United States Government. Individuals involved in this conduct face up to five years in federal prison and a fine of $250,000 for each count charged.

Newport News Police Department reports: "Working in cooperation with federal officials we were able to put a stop to the criminal activity that took place on DRAGVA.COM. Along with the owner several of the administrators have been brought in for questioning. The databases surrendered will provide us with many leads to investigate relating to illegal activity. Newport News Police Department does not condone the actions of administrators or users of DRAGVA.COM and will punish those involved to the fullest extent of the law."

The Federal Bureau of Investigation and local law enforcement will continue to investigate and prosecute individuals and groups that violate the federal criminal enterprise laws. For more information on these and other federal investigations, visit www.cybercrime.gov.
