Why do you wanna rev so high, to make power or just to rev? you may have 'rev-ability' of like 9k (just spitting something out) but you may only make power until 8k (once again, just spitting soemthing out)

Once again what is this setup going to be for: Turbo, N/A, Nitrous?

I would grab some high compression Wiseco pistons and Eagle rods and call it a day
