This is not true.....Paypal will only take what they have in their account at that time if you win the dispute....I just went through this. They will not be allowed to use their account till they pay, correct, but you will not get your money if they dont have it in there account. I would def file with paypal, cause they can try to resolve this before they have to pay it....and at least it will be on file with paypal that they are not cooperating with you. Good luck man.
