thats bullshit. there is no 3 step rule. as long as the gun is in something you have to physically open to get to it. EX- i could have a glock in a holster with a velcro latch rollin around on the floor of my car and be legal. cause i have to open the holster to pull the gun. in reality you could just throw the gun lossely in the trunk of your bike with no issues. if you get stopped you probably will go to jail but then turn it around on them for wrongful arrest. happens everyday. but what do i know i only keep the law book as my bible
