I pay $207 on my Eclipse and that covers everything... full coverage, any modifications to the car, etc and I'm 21 and have Progressive. So I don't know about an 2003 Evo owner paying $88.00 for Full Coverage at the age of 21. Either you went to one of those mom and pops insurance shacks that aren't well know, or the car is actually under your parents name and under their insurance policy.
+1....There is no way, that is way to cheap. Even if it is under your parents policy it still would be more than that cause your a listed driver for that vehicle.
I've never heard of insurance going down $1000 when you turn 21 usually the age is 25 and I don't think it would be $1000.
I work for a insurance company I know how it works.
