If your looking for speed,dont buy a diesel.... j/p if your looking for speed dont buy a 7.3. If your looking for 18-23 mpg and something that can tow anything you can throw at it, plus not lose hp or torque at altitude, or be a maintenance nightmare.. Buy a 7.3, i bought my 96 f250 a couple months back and have not had a single problem with it at all. plus it was extremly affordable 6 gs out the door, with all the maintenance records, and the original window sticker in the glove box
