I know whats legal and illegal. You just said above it was legal which is isn't. A Honda with an exahust is a well profiled car especially when a lot of them have a fart cannon which sounds like ass. So I could see why you were pulled over. I had 2 1/2" Piping no cat, test pipe, exhaust, headers... loud as hell in the 92 Eclipse I had. Never had a problem with cops, I even got pulled over by FHP. Nothing was said about the extreme loudness.
