'68 Bug - 1600cc vw bug block punched and stroked out to 2165cc, small turbo cam, some good heads, t3/t04e 57 trim with a pwr water to air intercooler, and a very primitive fuel mangment that the owner is hoping to upgrade to a mega squirt system soon.

Cobra - Pulley, headers, intake, exhaust, dunno what else..I'll try and find out though.

The Bug was hurting though, as I can attest to, but it was all in fun..so I'm sure they will end up running again. Quote from the owner about the damage: "Well like kevin said before we ran it was popin kinda bad and felt a good bit under power'd compard to earlier that day. Well by the end of the race, I was down a cylinder. Which after takeing the head off it looks like all i'll be out is a $5 head stud. It broke the head stud where it goes into the block so as long as i can get the rest of it out I should be back on the road in a week or so."
