In all seriousness, if she's having constant problems with her car attracting negative attention, I don't understand the desire to keep driving it. If she's going to drive it, I don't understand bitching about negative attention. She's obviously been through this over and over and over before, does she get up in the morning and think things are going to somehow be different today? As far as the ticket for 5 over, be honest with yourself man, there's probably more to it like, "well I clocked you at 18 over, but I'm feeling really nice today so I'm only going to write you for 5 over" oooorrr, you almost hit three cars back there weaving through traffic, I have to write you a ticket for something, I'll just do it for 5 over if you promise to quit driving like an ass" The only times I have
ever evER EVER heard of a ticket for 5 over it was actually a break from the ticket that could have been written, I have a feeling there's more to it
