Lets say she didn't have the body kit front and the cf hood and just an exhaust which isn't even loud just has a deep tone, she still would of gotten the ticket. She's just making a point that he was profiling.
I believe the point was already made that she was going 12 over as opposed to her boss being right at the 10 over point. I have spoken to more than one cop that have said they generally leave people alone for anything under 10 over. It is possible that he was just doing his job and your fiance was speeding. I know it's a long shot, but it is possible.
